Dr Sue Grant BVSc (Massey Uni)
I had wanted to be a Vet since I was about five years old. In May, 1980, I was very proud to graduate from Massey University with my Veterinary degree. Since then, I have worked with an interesting range of animals. During 1999, I studied the Post-Graduate Surgery Course through what is now the Sydney Centre for Veterinary Education. This included two weekend workshops in Melbourne. I have continued learning in a variety of disciplines throughout my career and am currently performing many of the ultrasound scans and echocardiograms. I have been with Great South Vets since October 2015. I enjoy my work as a client-centred patient advocate, helping people to keep their beloved pets happy and healthy. A very rewarding part of my job is working alongside my colleagues, discussing medical and surgical cases, surgical techniques
and other items of interest. We are a close-knit team of veterinarians who work together for the good of our patients.
